whenever is time to eat he keeps looking behind his chair, i give him toys and he gets distracted for a while then he keeps trowing them and the food.he is 11 months I think he just likes throwing stuff! but how can he stop?

What cleaning product is safe to use for cleaning my baby’s high chair tray, exersaucer toys, and other non-submergable toys?? I have been using dish soap, but I figure there must be some type of spray cleaner out there. Thanks for your help
